Delivery

Hi

I try post orders within 2 days of receiving your order excluding weekends and bank holidays but because I work full time it may be awkward to catch my Post Office opening times and some orders may be delayed. Smaller orders may be posted the same day. If your order is urgent if you leave a message I will do my utmost to post asap.

All my items are packed in sealable bags or sealed pouches and then in padded envelopes or boxes if need be.

I try to reuse boxes (do my little bit to help with the enviroment) but all inner packaging is new.

If you place an order and pay for Hermes delivery and I find I can post by large letter I will notify you and refund extra postage but I do deduct an extra little to over the cost of Paypal fees etc. If you prefer you can request a quote and I will give you the exact postage cost.
