Bricks
Most of my bricks are classed as good/acceptable - I prefer to class them as acceptable to err on the side of caution. One persons acceptable could be another persons good and vice versa. Good parts have usual play wear signs (light scuffing, or light chips on bricks and plates). If any of my bricks have heavier play wear (deep dents, severe chips or severe discolouration ) I do describe exactly what the defects are. All of the bricks are completely usable.
Minifigs and minifig parts
These are all sold as good there will be no chips, scuffs or scratches.
I do have some minifigs and minifig parts as acceptable but when these are listed I do say exactly what the defects are. My prices on these items I feel are fair.
I will always try my utmost to supply quality items and your satisfaction and happiness of your Lego is my main concern. If you do order from me and are not happy with any aspect of your order please contact me and I will do my best to rectify it.
If you wish to add items after you have paid for an order there will be an additional charge of £0.35 to cover paypal fees.
I do not send a picking list with your order (mainly because this could increase postage costs but also I feel this can be a waste of paper) but if you do require one please message me
I am trying my best to keep costs down, which in turn I can pass on to my customers. I try to use as few little bags as possible and have started using heat sealed cellophane which is widely recyclable. Also for larger order which require boxes I reuse boxes - all of which are clean. Bubblewrap envelopes are always new and also recyclable.
I will post orders within 2-5 days excluding weekends and Bank holidays. Smaller orders may be posted same day - larger orders may take a little longer but if this is the case I will let you know.
